The S.M. Choksey
High School
was established in 1937 with a strength
of 250 students, it has now grown to 2800 pupils in
three sections.

The school introduced matriculation
in 1946. Later on 5th Oct 1959, the high school inaugurated
at the hands of the Prime Minister of India
